The stress of selling is subjective; It depends on your motivation.  It you are serious about moving then picking a full-time agent is prudent.

Will you handle all aspects of my transaction or will you delegate some tasks to a sales associate or administrative assistant?
How much can I expect to pay in closing costs, commissions, and concessions?
What is your price recommendation based on?
Do you have a reproducible marketing system?
Most agents minimum listing period is 6 months, what's your's?
How many years of education and experience do you have?
Can you provide me with references?
Are you a broker or sales agent?
Ask the name of their E & O insurance carrier and their coverage amounts?
