The average consumer just wants competent help to get what they want. As a consumer is usually in a hurry and forgets to scrutinize. If you’re like many: in a hurry but in need of expert advice and services you owe it to yourself to ask some questions with a discerning ear; listen for fact and hype. You can benefit greatly from a professional agent with a good record of accomplishment. The pool of agents includes: brokers, part-time, full-time, rookie, experienced, and self-serving agents; finding a good real estate broker does not have to be like winning the lottery.
Many times, I have been “lucky” and been in the right place at the right time to earn a new client. I have gained new clients at video stores, grocery stores, clubs, bars, restaurants, and even had one ask me to pull over while I was leaving a subdivision. None of these clients interviewed me; they just assumed I was competent and experienced.

Ask many questions because this list could go on-and-on. Print out the ‘questions you can ask’ page from this website and go to work before you sign that contract before you hate your agent. Finding a great home with great terms is the goal and a good agent who helps you emotionally and professionally is a needle in a haystack.
