Elocksys makes an electronic deadbolt named The Garage Door Lock® www.elocksys.com.
Less expensively and not susceptible to failure would be installing a metal block of sorts on the top of your door that would make a thief’s attempts very difficult. I bought a piece of galvanized sheet metal in the roofing department. Using a table vice and rubber mallet to bent one side of the sheet metal the same width as the top rail. Then I used 1-inch self tapping screws metal screws to affix the custome made metal-block to the top rail. The metal dragged on drive-rail for a second so you might want to custom cut the block to size or create a cut-out with tin snips Heavier sheet metal will provide greater prevention.
