“I have had the pleasure of doing business with Darrell Catmull for almost 14 years. Darrell is very unique, dedicated, creative and tenacious when it comes to his clients’ best interests. Darrell wouldn’t accept that his clients had to pay taxes on phantom income. I once witnessed Darrell call the IRS and refuse to accept the canned answer. He worked his way through representatives until he reached the cancellation of debt department manager. His persistence paid off, she reluctantly instructed him on how his clients could either forgo or reduce their 1099-C virtual income that they faced when doing a short-sale. As the owner of a company and as a licensed Title and Escrow Officer it is comforting to know that I am working with someone who as the ethics, honesty and integrity that Darrell possesses.” – Scott Halvorsen
“I bought my first home through Darrell. When I ran across problems with the loan, I tried to fix them myself, but the people at the mortgage company were rude and difficult. I finally called Darrell and he knew who to contact, which questions to ask, and how to ask them to get our loan modified. Getting Darrell involved was the best thing I did. I still own the house and may have lost it if I hadn’t gotten Darrell involved.” – Dennis P.
